1. Packing Standard

1.1 Wooden Case

  • Fumigation-free wooden case (ISPM 15 compliant, ready for export)
  • Inside: moisture-proof film wrap + foam fixation
  • Outside: reinforced frame, able to withstand sea freight stacking

1.2 Accessories Included

  • Tool kit (wrenches, hex keys)
  • 1 set of spare blades
  • Operation manual (Chinese/English)
  • Electrical diagram
  • Factory inspection report

5. After-Sales Support

  • 12-month warranty on the whole machine (excluding wear parts)
  • Free parts for non-human damage during warranty (freight extra)
  • Lifetime technical support

5.3 Spare Parts

Blades, tungsten sleeves, feed rollers and other wear parts are supplied long-term via international express.

6. Acceptance Checklist

Upon receiving the machine, please inspect as follows:

  1. Check the wooden case for damage (photograph if damaged)
  2. Count accessories against the packing list
  3. Check the machine for shipping damage
  4. Connect power per the manual and run idle for 10 minutes
  5. Test-cut material and verify accuracy
  6. If any issue, contact us within 48 hours (with photos/video)
